In 2002 I received a commission to carry out a promotional work for a well-known alcoholic beverage. The idea was to include the object to be promoted in a famous work. And, for this purpose, the work chosen to be transformed was La fragua de Vulcano, by Velázquez.
This work is an acrylic on canvas and it decorated one of the walls of a now-disappeared place in Ferrol:
